This hotel offers exemplary amenities including a rooftop pool and luxurious spa. the room was well-appointed with modern fixtures and elegant decor. the service was outstanding, staff was welcoming, and the location was perfect. the venue exuded an air of exclusiveness, offering in-room breakfast and a delightful snack bar.
Minor construction noise was audible during the day; however, it was not a major issue and did not detract from the overall experience.

room was cooled down to 17 degrees. windows were steamed up, carpet was damp. that's why the room stunk! not at all for the horrendous room rate!

The hotel is located in a prime spot, close to the stunning cruise ship dock, the iconic Opera House, and just a short walk from Circular Quay train station. The rooms are luxurious, with deluxe options offering amazing views of the city. The staff is incredibly attentive and provides exceptional service. The breakfast is delicious and the concierge team is knowledgeable and helpful, assisting with everything from planning visits to recommending the best restaurants.
